These offers from each of Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) and Nationwide News Pty Ltd (News Corp Australia) are available to:

(a)   new Bupa customers;

(b)   who are Australian residents;

(c)    who take out an eligible Bupa health insurance policy;

(d)   between 8 April 2019 and 14 April 2019; and

(e)   who sign up to pay their health insurance policy premiums by direct debit or payroll deduction

(Eligible Customers).

You agree to your personal information being shared with News Corp Australia for the purpose of News Corp Australia providing you with the News Corp Australia Offer.

2.     Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy

An eligible Bupa health insurance policy is any single, single parent, couple or family combined Hospital and Extras product issued by Bupa (Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy) but EXCLUDES:

(a)   Hospital only products;

(b)   Extras only products;

(c)    Ambulance only products; and

(d)   Overseas Students Health Cover, Overseas Visitors Cover and Short Stay Visitors Cover.

3.     The Bupa Offer

1.         If you:

(a)   are an Eligible Customer; and

(b)   you take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy,

2.         you will receive from Bupa 2 and 6 month waiting period waivers on Extras, which will be effective immediately. Other waiting periods, yearly limits, fund and policy rules apply.

4.     The News Corp Australia Offer

If you:

(a)   are an Eligible Customer;

(b)   take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy; and

(c)    maintain that cover for a minimum of 30 days,

you will receive from News Corp Australia:

(d)   a 12-month digital subscription to one of Herald Sun+, The Daily Telegraph+, The Courier Mail+ or The Advertiser+; and

(e)   a pair of Sennheiser CX 6.00BT Wireless earphones.

Once you have maintained your Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy for 30 days, allow up to 5 days for your digital subscription to be activated and approximately an extra 30 days to receive your earphones. Bupa will provide your name and contact details to News Corp Australia in order for News Corp Australia to provide you with the News Corp Offer.

Earphones cannot be exchanged (unless faulty), nor redeemed for cash. Only one set of earphones per email address and per Eligible Customer. Once your digital subscription is active, News Corp Australia will supply your contact details to Harvey Norman Business & Enterprise, who will deliver these earphones only to the Australian street address (not a PO BOX) linked to your subscription and will email you with dispatch details.

Not available to any person who has previously breached any of News Corp Australia or News Pty Limited subscription terms and conditions. News+ subscription will cease at the end of the 12 months.  Not transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Not in conjunction with any other offer.

(a)   The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer.

(b)   The offer is not available if you join through a price comparison website (including Compare The Market).

(c)    If you breach these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the joint offer, then Bupa and/or News Corp Australia may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the offers. If Bupa and/or News Corp Australia discovers the breach after the offers have been awarded, then Bupa and/or News Corp Australia may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the offer from your account.

(d)   Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
